There is truly an entire region to discover in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur.

We will tell you about « our favorites « in the area :

For a more relaxed time “farniente” take a dip in our pool, walk in the garden by the woods or stroll along the river to our quaint village.

Sport

The Verdon Regional Park offers an activity center dedicated to Nature in a magnificent decor and exceptional climate.

Walking :

  • la Soleiade located on the GR4 allows you to leave from the house for 1hr to 4hrs of biking trails. You can also enjoy theme excursions by yourself or with a certified Guide of the Office of Tourism.

Biking :

  • choose among bike trails covering over 200km. A bike rental service of the Tourism Office provides you with a choice of bicycles as well as help from a State certified coach.

Horse back Riding  :

  • 2 equestrian centers.

Fishing  :

  • thanks to the excellent quality of the waters, the Verdon is a 1rst class river.

Children / Parents corner :

  • playground for the children by the Verdon and a “health trail” for the parents nearby.
  • For the whole family 2 Adventure parks.

Water sports :

  • enjoy the beautiful turquoise colors of lakes Esparron and Sainte Croix while rafting, canyoning, floating, wind surfing, canoe-kayaking, or from a pedalo or electric boat ride.

Troglodytic Thermal Baths :

  • like no others, the thermal waters of Greoux-les- Bains will put you back in shape after a few hours or a few days of special care at the Spa.

In the Sky  :

  • gliding or a baptism ULM from the airport of Vinon or even a Balloon ride above the treasures of Provence.

Attractions : something different

At the Templars castle : concert, theater, movies, out in the open under the stars of Gréoux les Bains.

In the streets, on Fridays in July and August  :

  • the “ By Night “ with crafts, lively streets, music. A friendly and festive ambiance.

Markets :

  • Thursday in Gréoux les Bains.
  • Markets of ‘Savors : crafts fair, antiques fair, resale stands.

14th of July  :

  • beautiful fireworks worthy of our National Feast. The day before at the nearby village of Vinon on Verdon you can admire a river of fire as the fire works are shot along the river : a double spectacle not to be missed.

Music :

  • are you a pianist ? then come with or without your music sheets and tape your favorite pieces on our piano, a Yamaha disklavier. Take home your musical treasure and listen to it on your PC with the software we shall give you.
