Receipe : PESTO of ARUGULA belonging to La SOLEIADE
Cross in the mixer the leaves of arugula, pine nuts and walnuts, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice. Mix and add some olive oil until obtain a homogeneous sauce. Serve according to your taste on pastas, fishes or poultry.
